Noisy noisy noisy
This morning there was a pair of shoes hanging on a tree outside the room that was making so much of the noise.
What is the deal with so many shoes hanging on wires?
Anybody know the "meaning"?

shoes hanging on wires apparently mean quite a few things, that you can buy drugs at the house closest to the shoes, it can mean there was a death at a house nearby, it can be gang related, it can be signalling the end of school,it can mean the death of a gang member, it can mean a weak of fat kid is being bullied, hell it can mean just about anything according to google.
